The Primary function of Protein is to support Growth,
maintain, and repair tissue, and help regulate the amount
of fluids in the body.

• Everyday bodily functions - 0.8Lbs of protein
per KG of body weight
• Endurance training - 1.4 – 1.8 Lbs of
protein per KG of body weight
• Strength training – 1.7 – 2.2Lbs
of protein per KG of body weight
EG. Someone weighing 80kgs would need 64lbs of protein
for daily bodily functions
