CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


GENTLY DOES IT
Just as it says, gently exercise to feel good music with this low impact workout, designed to improve fitness, strength and muscle tone. This class is ideal for complete beginners or older men and women new to exercise.

BODY TONE
An alternative name for the popular - body pump. Body Bars, free weights, stamina and strength are all the requirements of this workout. Great for toning the whole body and inch loss. All areas of the upper, lower body and abdominals, are worked within complete isolation, a workout that really shows fantastic results if you put in the right amount of effort and dedication. Your instructor will help you to work at a level that suits you and guide you through the use of weights safely within your workout.

BOOT CAMP
Add a kick to your workout with this high impact workout combining circuit and aerobic exercise with sheer determination, stamina and strength. Great for weight loss or general fitness. Have you got what it takes to join the Boot Camp? Kids over 12 also welcome.

THIGHS BUMS TUMS
Tone and shape the lower body and stomach with a low impact aerobic session incorporating all the toning exercises for those problem areas with fantastic results achieved. Inch loss and fat burn for those stubborn areas. Great for all ability levels.

BOXERCISE
Fun and energetic… a great way to get fit. Combine boxing moves with a cardio element to get the heart pumping. Shed those extra pounds quickly with this highly effective workout if you put in the effort! Extremely popular in the fitness industry at the moment. Boxercise for kids available on Saturday mornings.

RELAXATION & VISUALISATION
Relax your body and mind, visualise your soul. Improves state of mind, well being and breathing techniques. This class also includes stretching exercises, therefore improving flexibility and tone.

FAT BURNING CLASS
Combines boxercise, circuit training and abdominal workout, for a full body workout. Designed to strengthen heart, lungs, tone body and most importantly burn fat! Popular amongst men and women. Children over 12 also welcome.

AQUA AEROBICS
A fantastic way to exercise using water as resistance, tones the body, improves fitness and burns fat. Ideal for people with back or joint problems. Aqua is also a great form of exercise for pregnant women, please advice
instructor if you are pregnant.

AB ATTACK
A great way to strengthen and tone your stomach muscles, a common problem area for many people. Designed for all ability levels.

STREET DANCE
Funky and fun… strut your stuff in this upbeat dance class. Yes you can be J Lo's next backing dancer with all the latest hot dance moves. Beginner and advanced classes. Children welcome.

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS
If you want to learn about take downs, slams, locks, wrestling, kicks, knees, elbows, blocks, punches, guards, boxing or just lose weight and improve your fitness come and try this class!

PILATES
Famous for developing strength, flexibility and muscle tone, not to mention flat abs. Pilates is appreciated by everyone. Involves a series of gentle, muscle strengthening exercises.
